i'm not the hugest sofia coppola fan, but i cosign abt k-reich's awesomeness.
sometimes i forget that wayne coyne was ever a young man.
I maintain that each has directed two of the best movies of the decade.

dude agreeing with yourself proves nothing. "lost in translation" was too plodding and self-pitying to qualify as one of the best movies of any decade, including those before film existed. the only other movie coppola directed this decade was "marie antoinette", and i don't think that even that film's supporters would say it was among the best of the 00's.
"hurt locker", which is literally just the most recent movie i saw, blows everything sofia coppola has ever done out of the water. so does "old joy."
Disagreeing wrongly proves nothing either. Siouxsie & the Banshees + French royalty. C'mon.
Hurt Locker blows stuff up, and out of the water, for sure, as does Will Oldham with his incendiary charisma, but there is more to the movies than explosions.
