two things i can think to say about the vaselines are that they made really great, scuzz-fuzz indie-rock and also that they weren’t all that good at playing their instruments, which in its own way was kind of a good thing.
the band wasn’t around for all that long, just a couple years, but the fact that they existed at all makes the world a slightly better place:
