Liner Notes is back in the hands of its rightful owner, who some have speculated is the mythical reviewer Rick Halogen. But I will leave that to those who speculate.
the enigmatic mr. halogen is indeed the source of a great deal of internet speculation. his associates inform me that his violent, mccain-like temper has lead those close to him to call him "prick halogen".
that said, "liner notes" once again proves itself the finest publication on this campus or any other
I always thought that Rick Halogen's elusive protege Steve Saccharin was every bit as capable as his predecessor. But I will leave that to those who judge. And what is to be said of the brilliant recluse James Yogurt?
